CNC Spring end Grinding Machine

It allows precise control of feed speed, grinding wheel quantity, grinding pressure, and loading plate rotation, all programmable via the computer interface.

Ideal for high-volume spring production, offering both progressive and press-in grinding modes.

Equipped with two independent grinding heads, adjustable in speed and with automatic wheel wear compensation.

Utilizes a single material tray and a pedal for loading and unloading.

The upper grinding head adjusts automatically during grinding, producing precisely ground springs. Electronic control enables quick adjustments.

The machine includes a control program for the position of the upper and lower guide plates, allowing for automatic or manual compensation of wheel wear after grinding.
