This equipment is designed for the continuous tempering and drying of various components, including springs, spring washers, spring bars, copper products, shafts, chains, screwdrivers, automotive and armament spare parts, metal components, hardware, enameled wires, electric welding rods, carburized and quenched spare parts.

Equipped with a PID intelligent temperature controller and an integrated auto-control system, allowing precise temperature settings with a tolerance of ±3℃ even in a 500-degree hearth temperature environment.

The inclusion of a hot wind mixing device ensures a balanced and precise hearth temperature, guaranteeing high-quality treatment of parts

. Smooth and stable operation of the stainless steel belt, with stepless speed regulation and automatic speed control, significantly increasing productivity and reducing labor intensity.

Innovative design featuring an all-fiber furnace lining that enables rapid temperature heating, reduced electricity consumption, and improved energy efficiency.

Electricity consumption is less than 50% of the rated voltage once a constant temperature is reached.
