Spring Setting Machine

The spring setting machine is suited for compression springs with parallel ends, compressing the springs to the working limit height or multiple compressed heights.

This process eliminates residual stress, enhancing the spring's stability and fatigue resistance. The machine is designed and manufactured according to customer specifications.

The workbench and compression head are crafted from high-quality steel processed through tempering, quenching, and other precision techniques, ensuring long-term use without deformation, wear, and precise positioning.

Test pieces are manually or automatically loaded into the rotating disc apertures, which intermittently rotates.

Precise adjustment of the rotational angle. Free setting of compression cycles.

Independent control for each cylinder. Precise adjustment of compression quantity.

The control system utilizes PLC and an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for automated production statistics. Automatic adjustment for spiral angles.
