CNC Oval Spring Forming Machine

This machine is specialised wire rod processing equipment designed for wire mesh belt production, available in three models: OCF-10S, OCF-20S, and OCF-30S.

Ideal for processing superhard steel wire mesh and creating oval, polygonal, and circular springs.

A dedicated controller for oval springs governs computer-controlled processes, using three Yaskawa AC servo motors in coordination with precise imported reducers. This enables separate control of wire feeding, pitch, and cutting.

Secure wire gripping by tightly compressed wire feeding rollers ensures convenient adjustments, promoting high productivity and consistent product quality.

Forming rollers made from a solid alloy do not harm the wire surface, resulting in harmless and precisely formed springs.

Finished springs can be adjustable from 150cm in length, with the capability to extend to 500cm using a special connecting material device.

2 Axes High Speed Extension Spring Former (Feed Roller, Cam)
Produce precisely small extension springs with high speed.

Produce standard extension springs with English hook, German hook and Indian hook. Bad springs will be sorted if the hooks are without bending.

Body Alignment: The body can be aligned by a cam activated support tool that pushes out the end.
Initial Tension: This is controlled by the depth of the cam activated coiling tool.

Straight leg formation: It can be done by moving the coil tool up and down.

Two types of cut off: Rotational cutting and mandrel cut.

Turn control: Magnetic touch sensor controls the number of turns precisely.

Four step separator: Assures precision intermittent motion at high speeds.

Two grips: One grips over the body portion. The other is to insert a blade between the coils.

Synchronous bending: Bending both ends synchronously will give accurate end angles.

Automatic discrimination: Two sensors inspect both hooks and sort for good and bad springs.

Automatic stop functions for safety operation by preset counter, decoiler fail, invalid cut, magnetic touch and bad spring counter.
