Computerized, CNC And Manual Spring Torsion Testing Machine

This machine, in accordance with the technical requirements specified by the torsion testing machine standard, is suitable for testing the torsion angle and torsional torque of various types of torsion springs, coiled springs, wind-up springs, elastic components, and friction mechanisms.

Is composed of a torque sensor, a photoelectric encoder, a measurement amplification circuit, and a microcontroller processing system.

The LCD screen displays the torsion angle and torque.

Comes in both horizontal and vertical configurations, with a compact structure, easy operation, and rapid testing.

The CNC motor enables fully automatic loading, with quick speed control via keypad, and the option to set the test speed arbitrarily.

Input known parameters for automatic testing, automatic stiffness calculation, and data printing.
